Shirt Sizing

Q: Where can I find a sizing chart for the tee i want to purchase?

A: We use a variety of products from different manufacturers. You can find the specific size chart for the item you are about to purchase listed on the product page under the description. All lengths are listed in inches.

Q: What happens if the size I ordered isn’t right?

A: If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us at support@lordofloads.com and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

 

Shipping Information

Q: Do you ship internationally to every country?

A: LoL’s Tease Shirt Shop does ship internationally to all countries EXCEPT Cuba, Iran, and North Korea

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Shipped to US:

  • Basic: 3 – 5 business days
  • Expedited: 1 – 3 business days

Shipped to Canada:

  • Basic: 5 – 10 business days
  • Expedited: 1 – 5 business days

Shipped Worldwide:

  • Basic: 5 – 20 business days
  • Expedited: 1 – 5 business days

Q: I have not received my order yet, what should i do?

A: Don’t panic, its probably on it’s was. Before you freak out and start bashing us on all you social media accounts send us a message at support@lordofloads.com. Tell us what is going on and include your order number. We will look into your order ad figure out where it is, why you haven’t received it yet, and when it will arrive.

 

Ordering Issues

Q: I fucked up! I made a mistake with my order. What should i do?

A: No big deal, the Lord Of Loads will forgive you. Just send us an email ASAP at support@lordofloads.com confessing your mistake and we will get the order fixed for you… You can thank the Lord later. 😉

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: At this time we don’t have advanced automatic status updates on your orders. But if you are curious about what your order status is you can email us and ask. We don’t mind looking up your order and letting you know if it has been printed or any other details of its status. Have faith in the Lord of Loads, you order is being prepared and will arrive shortly.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: The recommended method of secure payment is through PayPal. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can sign up for free here or you can use your debit or credit card as a guest without signing up to Paypal. Just click the “Proceed to Paypal” button, then scroll down and click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option without logging in.

Q: When will my card or Paypal account be charged?

A: Since your order goes into production the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorize the amount.

Q: I forgot to use my coupon!

A: We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!
